Expect to taste Hand Dived Orkney Scallops with pancetta, sprout leaves, cauliflower and vanilla puree, Black Winter Truffle Risotto with pickled celery and girolles, Venison Saddle with parsnip puree, variegated kale and juniper jus, Passion fruit Martini and Dark Chocolate ganache with blood orange sorbet and almond sponge.

Everyone loves a view and the Bingham has one of the best in Richmond upon Thames. Hidden away by an 18th century walled garden, the Bingham nestles along the towpath between Richmond Bridge and Petersham Meadows. It’s restaurant, bar and bedrooms have panoramic views of the Thames; it’s Garden Rooms play host to every imaginable celebration, wedding and private event with its glorious river aspect and terrace and garden taking guests a step nearer the water.

Food is another wow factor at this waterside idyll. Offering British inspired, restaurant grade cuisine from Head Event Chef, Shaunak Singh, with each and every dish beautifully presented.

Wedding couples and party organisers are more interested than ever in the provenance and sustainability of ingredients alongside creating a ‘restaurant’ dining experience for their guests. The Bingham sees far greater demand year on year for cleaner, lighter dishes created predominantly from ‘farm to table’ ingredients. Top of the Bingham’s canapé list are the open crab sandwiches and smoked salmon tartare; the seafood skewers on its barbecue menu are apparently to die for and the most popular main dish from its wedding menu is Roasted Sea Bass, spiced lentils, buttered brown shrimps.
