Good For You Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A good extra virgin olive oil (sometimes called ‘evoo’) is such a treat, and I was pleased to discover that one of my favourite Greek and Mediterranean food companies, Odysea, has launched a high-polyphenol olive oil here in the UK. 
Available in Waitrose and Sainsbury’s at £9 and £8.50 respectively, the 250ml Good for You Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not only really delicious (and Great Taste Award winning), but it’s really good for you too.
Rich in polyphenols, known for their powerful antioxidant properties such as supporting heart health and reducing inflammation, Odysea’s Good For You olive oil is the only one of its kind currently available in UK supermarkets.

Top-Notch Baked Beans

Saucy Miso Teriyaki
I know the BBQ season is officially over now (unless you’re particularly hardy!) but I had to tell you about this Japanese inspired sauce from Sauce Shop®.

A Sparkler from Tesco
Here’s an interesting, and very reasonably priced, English sparkling wine, that’s organic, and produced exclusively for Tesco.
It’s from the Kingscote Estate & Vineyard, renowned for its award-winning, English wines and its picturesque vineyard nestled in the heart of West Sussex.
Made using the Charmat method and the traditional sparkling wine varietals of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it’s available from most major Tesco stores.
It’s a fine and elegant sparkling, offering fresh, yet subtle aromas of citrus fruits, supported by minerality and freshness. It pairs well with cured meats, prawns, soft cheeses and smoked salmon canapés – so a perfect wine for entertaining.
Both Brut or Rosé options are £18 a bottle, and great value for an English sparkler.
