Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears, which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. While not a substitute for conventional medical treatment, reflexology can be used alongside other therapies to manage various conditions and symptoms.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Aileen Yule has been practising reflexology for over 27 years. Growing up in Glasgow and moving to Jersey and then the Isle of Man, Aileen’s path brought her to London for a week and she never left!

Originally working for a newspaper, Aileen felt the calling to discover a more holistic lifestyle and believes that it is not selfish to look after yourself. Quite the opposite in fact!

After qualifying and making the change to both her career and lifestyle – Aileen says when she sits in the chair and receives a treatment – it’s a great reminder to look after herself too!

“We are amazing beings and our body is only a part. We have our emotions, minds and spirits. Reflexology is a holistic therapy where we are treated as a whole. Regular treatments remind us to take care of ourselves, to rest, restore, replenish -allowing us to return to our everyday lives.”

Aileen also says:

“There is a line in the Bible – ‘Love your neighnour, as you love yourself’ – it’s only when we look after our own selves that we have the energy to look after others.”

Most of Aileen’s clients come to her once a month to gain the most benefit.. from relieving stress, pain, and promoting overall well-being. Her aim is to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and give you that blissful relaxation. I left my session with Aileen feeling dreamy and nurtured! Highly recommended.

A one hour treatment is currently £50. As a special introductory offer, Aileen is offering a £10 discount on your first treatment, when quoting this article.
