NEED A WINTER WARMER?

Ever a sanctuary 50 Hill Rise are offering their ‘Treatment of the Month’ – a warm oil Swedish full body massage that melts away aches and pains, followed by a mini nourishing facial using our all natural Salt & Clay range and finishes with a de-stress neck shoulder and scalp massage.

Charmaine was my therapist and she took the time to ask me how I was feeling, my skin concerns and what I was hoping to get from the treatment. I felt truly looked after. I lay on soft heated towels and let the treatment take me a deep state of relaxation. It was bliss. Charmaine used a combination of long, gentle, rhythmic strokes and then shorter, fast strokes that create heat to promote circulation and ease tension. If requested they will upgrade to a deep tissue for £10. I asked her to do this on my legs as they were especially tight.

Following this I received a mini facial and a scalp massage and lay there wishing I could stay there all day! I was then ushered to the relaxation room where they brought me a delicious hot chocolate. AMAZING!
